UPDATE – Murder in the Second Degree
On February 4, 2020, the male victim (51), in this case died.
Heather Glennon was formally charged for Murder in the Second Degree. Her bail is set at $500,000.00, she remains in-custody.
Next of kin notification is pending, and the investigation is ongoing.
On February 2, 2020 at about 8:04 p.m. Heather Glennon (46) of Lahaina, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct. While still in-custody for the Disorderly Conduct, at about 2:05 a.m., Glennon was arrested for ASSAULT IN THE FIRST DEGREE.
Investigation reveals that on February 2, 2020 at about 7:23 p.m. Lahaina Patrol Officers were assigned to a suspicious activity call at 885 Wainee Street.
Upon police arrival, the male victim was found lying on the ground with injuries and Glennon was observed walking in and out of traffic within the middle of the roadway. She was screaming at passing cars and refused to get out of the roadway.
That prior to police arrival, Glennon had physically assaulted the male victim.
The male victim was later transported to the Maui Memorial Medical Center for treatment. He sustained life threatening injuries and remains in critical condition.
Glennon remains in-custody, charges are pending and the investigation is ongoing.
It appears that Heather Sunshine Glennon has been involved with the Maui Police on six occasions since April of 2019. She has no other Priors in Hawaii.
I hope they asked her how she was ruffed up. Looks like a bit of a split lip, 2 black eyes, indents in forehead, right side of bottom jaw is bruised, right side of neck appears to be bruised. That is all I can see from the mug shot. Did the police take photos of her entire body?
